Framework

An expedition along the northern coast of Mozambique, under a Teacher Training Course promoted by the Portuguese Association of Teachers of Biology and Geology (APPBG9, carried out in 2011, resulted in 24 panels, with plentiful information on biodiversity and its relation with local populations.

In a casual conversation, to which we invite everyone to participate and articulate experiences and knowledges on the subject, we will talk about the contents and visit 16 panels of this didactic exhibition "The relevance of the biodiversity of the coastal ecosystems".

From May 25 to June 08 these panels are part of the Complementary Programme of the main exhibition "Meeting Africa: The Identity of Mozambique through its Biodiversity", which will be open to the public at the Science Museum until December 30th.

A conversation/trip guided by Ana Cristina Tavares, curator of the Science Museum and participant of this training initiative organised by   APPBG and team member of the exhibition "Ao encontro de África. A identidade de Moçambique através da sua biodiversidade" [Meeting Africa: The Identity of Mozambique through its Biodiversity].
