Apresentação
In this talk I explore the connections between the spatial, the visual, and the affective dimensions of populism. How is the relationship between ‘the people’ and their spaces to be conceived? How is ‘the people’ visually represented? What affective dynamics are put in place by populism? Linking these three questions, I explore the different geo-graphical and affective imaginaries of different forms of populism, providing insights from a variety of European cases.
