About

The RECON project, currently ongoing at CES, in partnership with Dinamia-ISCTE, is a contribution to the knowledge of the nature and dynamics of the evolution of Economics in Portugal in the recent past. A particular attention is given to the way economic research has been structured in Portugal, to the changes that have been occurring in the recent past, to the institutional dynamics underpinning them, and to the main processes of circulation and appropriation of economic ideas in the country. Ultimately, it aims at contributing to a better knowledge of economics as a plural and complex discipline not reducible to a homogeneous, universal science. This Closing Colloquium is an important moment for the dissemination and debate of the project's outputs.

Registration is free (up to the limit of available seats), but compulsory, and a requirement to grant a certificate of participation.
