Framework

The Kwame Ture University falls within the policy training programme of the Ghetto platform whose main objective is the formation of a base of understanding for the political struggle for the emancipation of black men and women. This is a space for discussion, sharing of ideas and especially the cultivation of knowledge that will assist us in transforming our condition. This edition is organized in conjunction with the Centre for Social Studies, University of Coimbra and includes a special participation of  Ruthie Gilmore (City University of New York), Hakim Adi (University of Chichester) and António Alves (Mumia Abu Jamal Collective).
