This panel is part of Gender Studies Now!, a Webinar Series by the European Journal of Women’s Studies, in collaboration with Wits Centre for Diversity Studies, taking place on the 14th and 21st of November 2025. This two-part online webinar series brings together scholars from several parts of the world to reflect on the current state and future directions of Gender Studies across diverse contexts. The webinars aim to foster dialogue on the status of Gender Studies across regions, offering a space to share insights, challenges, and strategies relevant to gender research and teaching today.
