The development of disruptive technologies poses new challenges to old rights. From freedom of thought to personal identity and equality, the most traditional personal rights are affected and threatened by these technologies. Neuro-rights are emerging as a guarantee of these rights in the face of the risk of their being jeopardised. However, there are many questions that accompany this proposal - and these too will be analysed in this seminar.
