A group of artists painted the phrase 'Vidas Pretas Importam' [Black Lives Matter] in front of Masp, on Paulista Avenue in São Paulo. The act was motivated by the case of João Alberto Silveira Freitas, a 40-year-old black man who died the day before yesterday after being assaulted by two security guards at the Carrefour supermarket in Porto Alegre.
