Patrícia Moura e Sá
Biography
Patrícia Moura e Sá is Associate Professor with Aggregation at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Coimbra and researcher at the Center for Social Studies (CES). She holds a PhD in Business from Sheffield Hallam University (2002), a Master's Degree in Business Sciences, with a Specialization in Total Quality Management from the University of Coimbra (1998) and a Degree in Management from the University of Coimbra (1994). Her main research areas include Quality Management in Public and General Interest Services, performance measurement and organizational excellence assessment and Innovation in Services.
