Marina Henriques
Biography
Marina Henriques is a researcher at the Centre for Social Studies of the University of Coimbra and at the Permanent Observatory for Justice. She has a PhD in Law, Justice and Citizenship in the 21st Century from the University of Coimbra. She has participated in several national and international research projects in the areas of law and justice, public policies of justice, access to law and justice, judicial cooperation, among others. Besides Portugal, she has developed research projects in several European Union countries, Angola and East Timor. Her current research interests focus on the areas of sociology of law, sociology of constitutions and sociology of the administration of justice. She has several publications and papers in national and international conferences on the research topics she has been working on.
