Bruno Sena Martins
Biography
Bruno Sena Martins is a researcher at the Center for Social Studies of the University of Coimbra (CES/UC). He holds a degree in anthropology and a doctorate in sociology. His areas of interest include the body, disability, human rights, racism, and colonialism. He was the cocordinator of the "Human Rights in Contemporary Societies" PhD Program from 2013 to 2023, and the Coordinator of the "CES Goes to School" Extension Program from 2013 to 2020. He has participated in various international projects and conducted fieldwork in Portugal, Mozambique, and India. He is the author of several books, chapters, articles, and has produced documentary films for scientific dissemination.
