Ana Filipa Neves


Biography

Ana is a post-doctoral researcher at CES. She holds a PhD in International Politics and Conflict Resolution from the University of Coimbra. She concluded the European Master's Degree in Human Rights and Democratisation, organised by the Global Campus of Human Rights, with thesis developed at the Danish Institute for Human Rights, in Copenhagen. She graduated in Law at the University of Coimbra. As a researcher, Ana is member of the Portuguese team of FRANET, EU Fundamental Rights Agency's multidisciplinary research network. Her main research interests are: international migration; refugees' protection; EU asylum policies; cosmopolitanism and transnationalism.
