The Exchange Market for Children and Young People is a place of challenges!
Exchanging toys, games, books, and anything else that is in good working order and condition is a way of working on consumption. In a solidarity currency market, where euros do not exist, where there is no advertising and we can enjoy many new games without any new toys, we consume in a more thoughtful way and according to what we need. The Market takes place in the Jardim da Sereia, next to the old canteen.

The Exchange Market is a project started in 2011 by Casa da Esquina with the support of ECOSOL/Centre for Social Studies at the University of Coimbra and the Municipal Library of Coimbra/CMC.
