Susana Peralta (Nova SBE) - Susana Peralta holds a Phd in Economics by the Université Catholique de Louvain, in Belgium. She is an expert in Public Economy and Political Economy, with special focus in taxation and fiscal federalism. she enrolled in the Nova School of Business and Economics in 2004. Her work is published in academic journals such as The Economic Journal, Journal of Public Economics and Journal of Public Economic Theory. 

Manuel Branco (UÉvora) - Manuel Couret Branco is full professor at the Department of Economics of the School of Social Scienes of the University of Évora where he lectures Development Economics, History of Economic Thought, Poltical Economy of Human Rights and Social Policy Economics. He graduated in Economics and in Geography at the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and holds a Phd in Eco nomics at the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales, also in Paris. He is member of CICP, Centre for research in Political Science and collaborator at CEFAGE, Centre for Studies and Advanced Training in Mangement and Economics, at the University of Évora and of CES, Centre for Social Studies.
