How can I submit my application?
Applications are submitted through the University of Coimbra online platform, InfoEstudante. What is the deadline for applying?
1st phase: February 4th to March 29, 2019
2nd phase: April 1st to July 15th, 2019
3rd phase: August 19th to September 6th, 2019 

When will I receive information on the selection of candidates?
Candidates will receive information on the selection processes before the enrolment deadlines are open, according to the annually established calendar by UC.

What is the academic calendar?
The first semester will run from September through January and the second semester from February through June.

Each course unit will provide a total of 45 hours sessions, being organised in eleven 4-hour sessions (of presentation) and one 1-hour session (of presentation). The 4-hour sessions correspond to one morning or one afternoon. Therefore, in the cases where the same course unit is held throughout the same day, two modules are being done. Classes are held on Fridays and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.

Is attendance at Seminars compulsory?
Yes, it is. Attending seminars at distance is not an option.
Students are expected to participate in the seminars listed in the study plan, as well as the sessions with external speakers, organized within the programme’s activities.

What are the programme's working languages?
The programme’s working language is Portuguese
Candidates who do not master Portuguese language may get informed on the conditions of access and frequency of the language courses offered by the University of Coimbra.

How much is the tuition fee?
The annual fee is of 2,500 euros.
