Biography

Yannis Bermig is a doctoral researcher in the Doctoral Programme in Labour Relations, Social Inequalities, and Trade Unionism at the Faculty of Economics, University of Coimbra, and the Centre for Social Studies. He holds a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Osnabrück and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Intercultural Business Communication from the Friedrich Schiller University Jena. His current research focuses on the role of artificial intelligence in shaping industrial value creation and labour relations, as well as the dynamics of right-wing extremism in contemporary societies.
