Saulo Aristides


Biography

Saulo Aristides, Ph.D. Labour Relations Program, Social Inequalities and Trade Unionism of the Centre for Social Studies (CES) and the Faculty of Economics, University of Coimbra (FEUC). It is post-graduate in sociology from the same institution. He attended and completed the degree in Economics at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP). As a student-worker joined the institutions of learning team as Public Administrative Development Foundation - Public Finance (FUNDAP- Diesp); Regional Council of São Paulo State Economics - Public Budget (CORECON- SP/OP). It was the undergraduate researcher in the Research Project: Banking Crises in Brazil (1974-1997) funded by the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq). In January 2004 part of the team of economists, sociologists, and statisticians Inter-Union Department of Statistics and Socioeconomic Studies (DIEESE) where it has research links. Current research interests are within the sociology of labor, social movements, trade, public policy, social injustice and minimum wage.
