Sofia Branco Sousa


Sofia Branco Sousa is a Post Doctoral Researcher at Centre for Social Studies (CES), Portugal, in the field of Sociology of Science and Higher Education Studies. Trained as an Educationalist she is particularly interested in knowledge production and academic profession, using discourse analysis theory and method. She is an author of national and international papers and book chapters and is currently developing her own project about discourses on different forms of knowledge, using the case of Associated Laboratories in Portugal. Additionally, she is currently a student of a Master of Science in Psychology, where she intends to apply discourse analysis in the study of Sexology.
