As a junior researcher at the Centre for Social Studies, I've integrated the team from the project EMPATIA - Enabling Multichannel Participation Trough ICT Adaptations, an European project funded by H2020. Currently, I integrate the co-coordination of the URBiNAT project - Healthy corridors and drivers of social housing neighborhoods for the coordination of social, environmental and marketable NBS, European project funded by H2020, where I collaborate in the participation component. Since 2015, I collaborate with the Executive Agency for Research (European Commission) as an independent expert for applications evaluation. My professional experience is mainly related to local planning in environmental, territorial, cultural, educational and sports planning, having held technical functions at the Municipality of Barcelos where I coordinated, collaborated and developed various plans and projects between 2001 and 2012. I also worked at the Museu de Olaria in projects related with tangible and intangible heritage and in integrating sustainability in cultural projects between 2010 and 2012.
