Biography

Patrícia Silva is research collaborator at CES and a member of the CREATOUR Observatory - Culture and Tourism for Local Development. Her research in comparative studies focuses on cultural networks and exchanges between literary and artistic movements in Brazil and in Portugal, and between these and European and Anglo-American ones. She holds a PhD in Portuguese & Brazilian Studies from King's College London, was visiting lecturer at the University of Cambridge and research fellow at the School of Advanced Studies and at Queen Mary, University of London, and at UniFESP (Brazil). She is an external reviewer for FAPESP and has published on Modernism, Comparative Literature, Lusophone, Cultural and Interarts Studies, and Visual Cultures.
