I'm a researcher and PHD candidate of Territory, Risk and policies publics of Coimbra university and the Division of Risk Management and societal Safety also associated to Lund University, Centre for Risk Assesment and Management (LUCRAM) My research Interest concern Disaster risk reduction, Good gouvernance, Vulnerability reduction, Post disaster reconstruction and recovery, climate change impact and adaption in fragile and failed States.
