Biography

Ph.D. research theme: Global Alliances and Health Security in Times of COVID-19 (Research funding: FCT). I am a researcher and senior advisor in strategic communication around the humanitarian, development, and peacekeeping nexus. My academic background focuses on global governance, multilateral cooperation, and advocacy coalitions. I have carried out a range of public affairs activities for various United Nations agencies and civil society organizations, including outreach, multi-stakeholder partnerships coordination, and campaigns. I have a Master's degree in Political Science from the University of Brasilia, Brazil, and currently pursue doctoral studies in International Relations at the University of Coimbra, Portugal. I am fluent in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.
