hD candidate in Sociology of the State, Law and Justice at the University of Coimbra, Portugal. Master's degree in Law from the Postgraduate Program in Law and Development in the Amazon at the Federal University of Pará (PPGDDA/UFPA). Bachelor's degree in Law from the Faculdades Integradas Brasil Amazônia (FIBRA). Lawyer (OAB/PA). Specialist in Rights, Inequalities and Climate Governance from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA). Currently a member of the State Council of Culture - CEC-Pará. Coordinator of the State Forum of Religions of African Origin of Pará (FORUMPUAR). Master of Culture from the Ministry of Culture, Collaborator of the Commission on Religious Freedom of the OAB-PA, Founder and coordinator of the Permanent Forum of Afro-religious people of Pará (FOPAFRO). Coordinator and founder of the Afro Attitude Movement. Coordinator of the Management Committee of the State Plan for Public Policies for Traditional Peoples and Communities of Terreiro and African Origin of the Public Security and Social Defense Council of the State of Pará (CONSEP), activist in the black social movement and the traditional peoples of African origin (POTMAS). Popular defender of human rights. Works with the defense and protection of Afro-descendant human rights in Pará. He has been a babalorixá (high priest) of the Ketu Nation of Ile Iya Omi Ase Ofa Kare-AFAIA for over 36 years and engages in political advocacy nationally and internationally.
