Biography

Vitória Ferreira is a Ph.D. Candidate in Clinical Psychology (Family Psychology and Family Intervention) and is developing a project about family and community resilience in face of fire and climate change. She integrates initiatives from the European Commission (Education for Climate Coalition) and the United Nations (Action for Climate Empowerment, ACE). She was one of the Portuguese delegates at the 16th United Nations Conference of Youth (COY16). Her research interests are family studies, family intervention, disruptive events in family life and resilience processes (e.g., disasters, climate crisis).
