Evento em formato digital > Inscrições abertas
Overview
This psychological first aid (PSP) training - adapted to the online context - appears as a facilitating agent for a more functional and adaptive help communication, considering the emergency phase in which we find ourselves.
Considering that society needs to find anchors and points of reference to continue its course, empowering itself with robust commitment to overcome the challenge that the pandemic has brought to daily life, it may find here an excellent support to overcome/deal with the current challenges.
Duration: 8 hours.
1. What is psychological first aid? - 2h
2. Impact and reactions to Covid-19 - 2h
3. Practical implementation of the protocol using the mnemonic: VOL (see, hear, call) - 4h
Methods: expository, active and interrogative; using role play among the different trainees; as well as resolution of case studies, to appeal to participation. The training groups should have a minimum of 5 participants and a maximum of 8 elements, to allow a more effective and efficient interaction, in order to maximise the practical component, thus trying to reduce the impact of the physical distancing and the greater change provoked in the nature of what have been the training moments dealing with these themes.
The course has been issued a favourable review for accreditation by the Portuguese Psychologists' Association.
Mandatory registration, with a course fee of 40€ | HERE
