Presentation

Notwithstanding international conventions and legislation moulded by legal frameworks of several countries, the theft and trafficking of cultural assets are a reality manifested in different ways, increasingly sophisticated and organized. Added to this, despite political rhetoric, there is the negligence and vandalizing to which, especially in times of crisis, cultural assets are subjected.
