March is the month of struggle. The month in which we question patriarchal domination and the limitations it imposes on the bodies and ideas that structure society. We celebrate women and gender equality and remember all the progress that has been made, as well as what remains to be done.

In the context of the 29th CineEco - Serra da Estrela International Environmental Film Festival, we're going to watch the film The Last Transhumance. Filmed in six countries over 15 years, it takes us into the world of shepherds who walk long distances with their flocks in search of food. An ancient way of life that questions modernity. With this exhibition, alongside issues relating to the right to food and agroecology, we also celebrate International Forest Day and remember the fragmentation of forests by capitalist greed, while drawing inspiration from and debating the good examples that exist around the world.
