Zooming In versus Flying Out: Virtual Residency Interviews in the Era of COVID‐19

Overview
In times of COVID-19, which interferes with the progress of research, this article discusses the strengths and limitations of using virtual platforms to conduct virtual interviews. The evaluation of the interviewing process through videoconferencing, instead of the traditional face-to-face model, presents several challenges and this article presents and evaluates some potential good practices.
