Covid-19 e o Direito Brasileiro: Mudanças e Impactos
Eds: Ezilda Melo, Lize Borges e Marco Aurélio Serau Júnior
Overview
When thinking about the various situations brought about by the pandemic and its ramifications in the most diverse branches of Brazilian law, we idealized “COVID-19 e Direito Brasileiro: mudanças e impactos” [COVID-19 and Brazilian Law: changes and impacts], written by many hands between April 1st and May 1st, 2020.
Edited by Ezilda Melo, Lize Borges and Marco Aurélio Serau Júnior, under the coordination of Andrea Leal, Ezilda Melo and Francisco de Assis Barbosa, it counted on artistic interventions made by Lawyer and Artist Andrea Marques who made illustrations exclusively for each chapter, with cover art by Visual Arts Professor Cláudio Damasceno and preface by Professor Willis Santiago Guerra Filho.
The collection had the support of 67 authors, including Rodrigo Vieira and 42 articles. It presents to the reading public a critical panorama of these countless changes, from the most diverse and plural theoretical-legal perspectives.
