Overview
Based on his experience as an activist in the defence of the rights of people affected by HIV and AIDS, Gary Kinsman presents a solid and well-founded reflection on the need to protect those labelled as disposable and counter the logic of stigmatisation. Kinsman also warns of the importance of mobilizing to prevent the current measures of confinement and detachment from inhibiting social struggles and the dynamics of social protest.
