About

The project TRANS-Lighthouses - More than green - Lighthouses of transformative nature-based solutions for inclusive communities, funded by the European Union and lasting from May 2023 to October 2026, kicks-off with this first meeting of its partners.

The consortium, coordinated by the Centre for Social Studies of the University of Coimbra, comprises research and innovation centres, political institutions and civil society organisations, with 19 European partners from 10 countries, as well as 9 observers from 7 countries in the Americas, Africa and Asia. This first meeting is co-organised with the local partners Kairós - Cooperativa de Incubação de Iniciativas de Economia Solidária and the University of the Azores.
