Final seminar of the project Glass Boundaries, which investigated the impacts of sexual segregation of the labour market and vocational and educational choices on inequalities between women and men. Based on the main results of the project, the aim is to reflect on intervention proposals designed at overcoming the phenomenon of segregation by sex [PROGRAMME].

The seminar will benefit from the participation of the Secretary of State for Equality and Migrations, the Norwegian Ambassador to Portugal and the President of CIG.

The keynote address will be given by Liza Reisel, research professor at the Institute for Social Research, Oslo, a partner institution of the project. A roundtable discussion on “Cross perspectives on young adolescents' vocational choices” will be attended by teachers, school psychologists and representatives of parents' associations.
