About
Report divided into four chapters, the result of a investigation that took place between 2016 and 2021.
During the Colonial War, thousands of Africans fought alongside Portugal and risked their lives for the homeland they believed was theirs. The same homeland that abandoned them after the April Revolution. Almost 50 years later, the African Commandos in Guinea tell their story for the first time. A story of war, persecution and death. A story of denunciation of a State that used, exploited and finally discarded them.
Post-film conversation with Sofia Palma Rodrigues, Diogo Cardoso, Abdulai Djaló, Juldé Djaquité about the history of the African commandos.
