Marília Moschkovich is a sociologist with a MA and PhD in education from Unicamp, having also worked at the Museum of Anthropology of the Universidad Nacional de Córdoba (UNC) in Argentina, at the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales (EHESS) in Paris, as well as being a Research Fellow of the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation in partnership with the Berlin Feminist Film Week film festival (2018-2020), dedicating herself to research on non-monogamy, gender, and domestic violence. Author of the afterword to the new edition of A origem da família, da propriedade privada e do Estado [The Origin of the Family, Private Property and the State] (Boitempo, 2019). She is also a poet (Gaveta, Urutau: 2017) and editor (Editorial Linha a Linha). A militant of the Brazilian Communist Party (PCB), she has been writing and doing political commentary online since 2010 (Blogueiras Feministas, Biscate Social Clube, Outras Palavras). She writes monthly for Boitempo's Blog, on Tuesdays.

Amanda Palha is a transvesti, bisexual, mother, feminist and anti-capitalist. She is a popular educator and specialist in gender and family studies, and is considered one of the most important voices of transvestigender activism in Brazil today. She is the author of the cover dossier for Margem Esquerda #33, on Marxism and LGBT struggles.
