·  June 30 - Deadline for poster proposal submission;
·  July 15 – Communication of acceptance;
·  July 30 – Deadline for poster (digital only) submission;
·  August 15 – Communication of comments and corrections

We strongly encourage participation through poster format. To submit poster presentations (in ENGLISH) please use the form available for this below. The Maximum number of posters to present will be 40. Registration is free.
 

Instructions for poster platform presentations

The poster platform is a hybrid session with both a written & oral presentation of one individual communication, divided into two parts:
- Part 1 – Oral presentation: each poster author will have a maximum of 3-5 minutes for presenting their work to the audience. There will be a maximum of 8 presentations per session, totaling a maximum of 40min for all presentations. The session chair will introduce each presentation and manage the available time for each presentation.
- Part 2 – Immediately after all the session’s presentations have ended, presenters will stand next to their poster and have time for a more personalized individual discussion of the poster and response to individual queries.

For the written presentation component, each presenter will be assigned a space to hang the poster. The presenter is responsible for assembling the poster 30min prior to the poster platform session and removal of his/her poster at the end of the session.

The poster dimensions should be a maximum of 841mm × 1189mm (A zero format) (depends on the venue). All lettering should be legible from at least 120cm away. Please contact the conference secretariat in case you need materials for hanging the posters. The presenter is responsible for printing his/her poster.
