Abstract:
Within the scope of statistical analysis techniques, and based on an example, the goals, the application conditions and the procedures of the SPSS Software (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) are presented, allowing the confirmation of the assumptions and the discussion of the results of a Cluster Analysis - an exploratory multivariate analysis technique which allows assigning a set of subjects/cases or variables into uniform groups, regarding one or more common features.
