How to make a complaint?

The Commission will consider complaints submitted by September 30th, 2023, supporting documentation or other additional information on the matters under consideration through the following contact channels:

Anonymous reporting channel via the external platform Faceup | www.faceup.com/c/v5jx9k3e, from August 1st, 2023 onwards.

Email: comissaoindependenteces@comindependente.pt

These channels will be accessed exclusively by the members of the Independent Commission, and have been set up on independent servers, outside of CES.

The means of contact provided are exclusively for the submission of information related to possible complaints, and the Commission will have full autonomy to assess the relevance of the complaints.

The Commission will organise a series of hearings (face-to-face or virtual) with all persons who, within the remit of the work of the IC, wish to be heard or that the Commission considers relevant to listen to. The decision to maintain anonymity and the ways in which the Commission's work can be anonymised depend on the express wishes of the persons heard, which will be fully respected.

All information provided to the Independent Commission will be treated with secrecy and confidentiality, a duty that the members of the Commission maintain, both during the period of work of the Commission and after its termination.
