About
By conducting a study on the relationship between collaboration and social entrepreneurship in the literature, it has been identified that the combined use of methodological approaches such as bibliometric analysis and systematic literature review has enabled the generation of findings of interest in the field, has facilitated the process of systematic literature review from a more organised perspective, and has made it possible to locate and group research topics in the field according to the general evolution of the field. Finally, both perspectives have guided the identification of gaps in the literature and future research, but more importantly, in guiding the generation of research questions for the thesis.
To conduct the bibliometric analysis and systematic literature review. Firstly, the study has relied on visual tools such as VOSviewer and Bibliometrix software in a complementary manner. Bibliometric analysis allows the generation of several useful results, such as key research clusters, source co-citation patterns and co-authorship analysis. Thus, although bibliometric analysis produces valuable research clusters quantitatively and objectively, it cannot describe the recent development of each cluster. To overcome this shortcoming, we integrated bibliometric analysis with a systematic literature review. Thus, secondly, a systematic literature review was carried out, which was conducted considering the structure of the PRISMA approach, bearing in mind the objective of the study. In this sense, the presenter will share this combined methodology as it has been the basis study to guide her research.
