Programme

I. Lecture by Eduardo Costa on the theme, “Archives and Architectural Collections, contemporary problems” followed by a debate.

II. Presentation of the research being carried out by doctoral students and post-doctoral researchers at CES and DARQ, followed by a commentary in order to contribute to the deepening of the subject under discussion
 

Bio note

Eduardo Costa | Professor at the Department of History of Architecture and Aesthetics of Design, History of Design group and the Postgraduate Programme in Architecture and Urbanism at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism of the University of São Paulo - FAUUSP. A graduate in Architecture and Urbanism from Unicamp (2004), he holds a PhD in History from the Institute of Philosophy and Human Sciences at Unicamp (2015), having held a short-term exchange doctorate at the University of Coimbra, CES (2011-2012 - Portugal). Costa leads the research group Archives, sources, narratives: between city, architecture and design (CNPq) and coordinates the research "Visual Culture and Intellectual History: Archives and architecture collections". Has experience in the History of Design and Architecture, with emphasis on Visual Culture, Intellectual History and Heritage.
