Susana Gouveia

Effective member 8849 of the Portuguese Psychologists Order.

Psychologist specialising in Work, Social and Organisational Psychology and Community Psychology. She is a resilient, flexible, multi-skilled professional with a great capacity to manage individual and team stress, which is evident in her academic path - Degree in Psychology (University of Coimbra), post-graduation in Business Management, Marketing area (University of Évora) and Master in Management, specialization area in Human Resources (University of Évora).

Her work, study and research interests include psychotraumatology, crisis intervention and human resources management. Help the helpers, associated with psychosocial risk assessment have been themes of dedication, commitment and personal and professional investment.
