Seminar | ECOSOL-CES

(Self)management in Solidarity Economy organisatons

Peterson Elizandro Gandolfi (Universidade Federal de Uberlândia)

June 6, 2019, 17h00

Room 2, CES | Alta

Overview

In general, the seminar aims to understand the process of (self)management in Solidarity Economy organisations from two main axes. The first is the time axis, which takes into account the historical understanding and the foundation of the organisation based on its principles and values, the practical conditions of action in the present and the future projections of these organisations. The second is the space/place axis, which seeks to understand the organisation with its various processes, activities and decisions, as well as (self)evaluation of the results of these organisations. The construction of the proposal is based on an evaluation of the bibliographic production that involves studies from countries such as Brazil, Portugal, Spain and Argentina, as well as case studies of some organisations.
