Programme
9:30 – Collective Decoration of the pavilion (to create a hospitable space you are all are invited to bring a typical decorative or informative object of your region, movement, cultural group. Adornments, health education pamphlets, colours of your country, cloths, objects, etc.).
10:00 – Opening of the Pavilion with a ciranda de roda (a round or rhymed song also a dance round, common in Brazil)
10:10 – Circle for the presentation of participants
10:30 – Propose a conversation circle on health education featuring the National Policy for Popular Education in Health (PNEPS), with a local guest of popular education. Articulate PNEPS with the national training project of the National Coordination of Popular Education in Health (ANEPS) and the university outreach project held in 2015 at the State University of Minas Gerais.
12:00 – Coffee-Break
12:20 – Video Screening of Experiments in Popular Education in Brazil: Varre Vila, ANEPS, EWE: the path of sacred plants, Practical Alternatives in Health, Paulo Freire Pavilions and other manifestations and practices of popular education of various collectives of Brazilian states.
13:30 - A brief practice of Theatre of the Oppressed with participants to provide reflections, translations, which will be the outcome of this Pavilion.
