At the end of the 2023/2024 academic year, the Doctoral Programme in Sociology of State, Law and Justice (FEUC/CES) is organising various meetings, moments of reflection and debate, from an interdisciplinary perspective, on the topics covered by its courses and research. This series of meetings will focus on topics such as “Justice, public opinion and civil society”, “Courts and democracy”, “artificial intelligence and justice”, and a reflection on “judicial decision-making”, in the context of the transformation of Portuguese justice in recent decades.
