Juliana Cristina Perlotti Piunti


Biography

She is a social scientist, having completed his bachelor's degree at the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) and his degree at the Júlio de Mesquita Filho University (UNESP Campus Araraquara). Master and PhD in Education from UFSCar, she developed research on the Movement of Popular Pre-university Courses in Brazil and Teaching Work in High School. She was a basic education teacher, in the private and state schools between 2004 and 2012. She is currently a Sociology teacher - EBTT (basic, technical and technological education) at the Federal Institute of São Paulo (IFSP) Campus Sertãozinho. He works as a teacher in Integrated High School, Literature and Pedagogical Training courses for non-graduates. Since 2015, he has been a member of the Committee for the Promotion of Human Rights, Ethnic-racial and Gender Equality. He has guided scientific initiation research in the Sociology of Education and Human Rights. Coordinated extension projects in the area of ​​Human Rights and Social Justice. At the Center for Social Studies (CES), she carries out post-doctoral research based on the project "Committee for the Promotion of Human Rights, Ethnic-racial and Gender Equality: knowledge to combat violence against black women".
