Julio César Sanches
Biography
PhD in Communication from the Postgraduate Program in Communication and Culture at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (ECO-Pós/UFRJ). Master in Communication from Universidade Federal Fluminense and graduated in Journalism from Universidade Federal do Recôncavo da Bahia (UFRB). He is assistant editor of the Electronic Journal of Communication, Information and Innovation in Health of the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz) and Assistant Researcher of the Center for Social Studies of the University of Coimbra (CES/UC), working within the scope of the POLITCS project - The Anti-Racism Policy in Europe and Latin America, coordinated by researcher Silvia Maeso.
