BIOGRAPHY
I'm a social and environmental scientist with research interests in political ecology, agrarian and food justice/sovereignty issues, and emancipatory politics. I've completed my undergraduate studies in Agronomy, with specialization in Rural Sociology and Agrarian Economics. I hold a Master Degree in Environmental Politics and Territorial Planning. In December 2016 I finished my PhD in the Autonomous University of Barcelona, with a thesis on "Building Emancipatory Strategies, Producing Political Subjects: Alternative Food Economies in the Basque Country and Greece in the Crisis". Currently I'm a postdoc researcher in the project JUSTFOOD - From Alternative Food Movements to Environmental Justice Struggles at CES.
