Registration fees
- Regular - 100 euros
- Students outside CES/DARQ/FEUC*: 20 euros
- CES/DARQ/FEUC Researcher: 20 euros
- CES/DARQ/FEUC Student*: Free
- Conference dinner (Thursday, Nov. 14): €35 (paid separately)
These fees cover the costs for participants at the conference for refreshment breaks during the event, and conference materials (e.g., e-book of abstracts, and certificate).
The participants will have to cover their lunch, travel and accommodation costs.
* For student fees, documentation of these is required. When registering, please email scan of student card to inescosta@ces.uc.pt.
Conference cancellation policy
If you should have to cancel your registration, notification in writing should be sent to inescosta@ces.uc.pt. Please make sure you state the name of the conference in the subject line of your email.
A refund of 50% of the full amount paid will be given for cancellations received until 28 October 2024.
No refund will be issued for cancellations received after 28 October 2024 nor failure to attend.
