Roxana Gabriela Andrei

Nota biográfica

Roxana Andrei has a continuous experience, since 2004, in the field of conflict management and regional security, energy security and peace building with a keen focus on post-conflict developments in the Caucasus, the Balkans and the Eastern Mediterranean. Currently a doctoral researcher at the University of Coimbra, in the Programme International Politics and Conflict Resolution, she holds an MA in Politics and Economics in Contemporary Eastern and South-Eastern Europe (Macedonia University, Greece), a BA in Political Sciences (Babes-Bolyai University, Romania), and a Post-Graduate certificate in Human Rights (University of Strasbourg, France). Since 2019, Roxana has been collbaorating with the European Union's Defence Agency in the Consultation Forum for Sustainable Energy in the Defence and Security Sector. Between 2008-2013, she worked for the European Court of Human Rights of the Council of Europe. Starting 2004, Roxana has coordinated numerous international projects funded by the Council of Europe and the European Commission, as well as regional development programmes as Programmes Director of the Metropolitan Development Agency Brasov in Romania and Project Manager with CeRISS Athens.
