Evaluation Study of the 2nd National Action Plan for Equality

The study will develop a methodological device that allows an analysis of the design of the National Action Plan for Equality, of the decision making process, of the inter-institutional structures built to implement it, as well as of the implementation process and its impact. The evaluation will apply not only to the final results, but also to the processes of designing, implementation and management. The aim is to carry out an evaluation that will allocate a systematization of recommendations for future equality national action plans and other forms of public equality policies.
