Biographic note: Filipe Santos holds a degree in Sociology at the University of Minho. Presently he is attending His Master in Sociology – Development and social Policies at the same University. He is a research grantee integrated in the Project “Justice, media and citizenship” coordinated by Helena Machado and funded by FCT (PTDC/SDE/67021/2006).
