Observing justice!

How do justice institutions work? Which are the difficulties they presently face? What is the “reality” of justice? Who are the actors? During five days, the students had direct contact with Portuguese justice. Besides getting to know the methodologies and work developed in the Permanent Observatory for Portuguese Justice (OPJ), they also had the opportunity of visiting magistrates’ courts, the Judicial Police and the Prison of Coimbra.
